The filters are individually wrapped, providing a one-year supply. Each of the HiWater activated carbon water filters has a recommended use of 1 month. These high-quality filters are made of 24 packs of activated carbon water, ensuring easy installation.
To install the filters, simply unplug your unit before changing any parts. Fully submerge the new charcoal filter in cold water for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the holder for the charcoal, lift off the top on the water reservoir, and pull the old charcoal filter out. Pop back the new filter that has been submerged for 15 minutes, shut it closed, and place it back into the water reservoir.
